RETIREMENT VILLAGES AMENDMENT ACT 2006 No. 6 - SECT 43

43 Amendment of s 103 (Working out and paying charges for general services for residents)

(1) Section 103(7)--

renumber as section 103(8).

(2) Section 103--

insert--

'(7) The scheme operator must not include, or provide for, in the charge for general services an amount or component, however described, that is payable for or towards costs awarded by the tribunal against the scheme operator.

Maximum penalty--200 penalty units.'.
