RETIREMENT VILLAGES AMENDMENT ACT 2006 No. 6 - SECT 14
14 Amendment of s 29 (Appeal to District Court)
Section 29--
insert--
'(2) The scheme operator may appeal to the District
Court against the chief executive's decision to deregister a retirement
village scheme.'.
