79 Application of division
(1) The powers under this division may be exercised if an authorised officer
enters a place under section 68 (1) (a) or (c) .
(2) However, if the
authorised officer enters under section 68 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under
this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the
warrant.
