52 Documents in personalised transport ombudsman’s custody
(1) If a document is given to the personalised transport ombudsman for an
investigation, the ombudsman may—
(a) keep it for a reasonable period to
carry out the investigation; and
(b) take an extract from, or copy, the
document.
(2) While the personalised transport ombudsman has custody of the
document, the ombudsman must allow it to be inspected at any reasonable time
by a person who would have the right to inspect it if it were not in the
ombudsman’s possession.
