15 Amendment of s 66 (Fires in State forests etc.)(1) Section 66(2)(b), after 'State forest'--
insert--
'(other than a licence area)'.
(2) Section 66--
insert--
'(3) For subsection (1)(b), a person acting in the performance of duties under the Forestry Act 1959 does not include--
(a) a plantation operator; or
(b) a plantation officer.'.
