MINES LEGISLATION (STREAMLINING) AMENDMENT ACT 2012 No. 20 - SECT 150

(1) Section 427(3)(b) and (c)—

omit, insert—

'(b) the person gives the information—

(i) at the place or in the way permitted under the manual; or

(ii) at the place or in the way the information would be required to be given under section 411 if the information were a document;'.

(2) Section 427(4)—

omit.

(3) Section 427(5) and (6)—

renumber as section 427(4) and (5).

(4) Section 427(5), as renumbered, 'subsection (5)'—

omit, insert—

'subsection (4)'.
