MINERAL AND ENERGY RESOURCES (COMMON PROVISIONS) ACT 2014 No. 47 - SECT 210
210 Regulation-making power(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) A regulation may—
(a) prescribe fees payable under the Act; or
(b) provide for a maximum penalty of 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation.
