MINERAL AND ENERGY RESOURCES (COMMON PROVISIONS) ACT 2014 No. 47 - SECT 207
207 Delegation of functions or powers(1) The Minister may delegate the Minister's functions or powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
(2) The chief executive may delegate the chief executive's functions or powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
