FORENSIC DISABILITY ACT 2011 No. 13 - SECT 146
146 Compliance with provisions as soon as practicable(1) This section applies if, under a provision of this Act—
(a) a person is required or permitted—
(i) to make, prepare or give a document to someone; or
(ii) to talk to or tell someone about a matter; and
(b) no time is provided or allowed for complying with the provision.
(2) The provision must be complied with as soon as practicable.
