84 Insertion of new s 370A

After section 370 —

insert —

370A References to owner In this part, a reference to an owner includes a reference to a department that is responsible for managing land that is—

(a) unallocated State land; or

(b) a reserve under the Land Act 1994 for which there is no trustee; or

(c) a State-controlled road.
