49 Amendment of s 167 (Modified application of pt 6, divs 6 to 8)Section 167(1)--
omit, insert--
'(1) Part 6, divisions 6 to 8, other than sections 226 to 228, apply--
(a) as if the application were an application for a level 1 mining project; and
(b) subject to sections 168 to 168B; and
(c) with other necessary changes.'.
