(1) Section 42AB(1)(a)—

omit, insert—

'(a) the indigenous landholder for the land has entered into an indigenous management agreement for it; and'.

(2) Section 42AB(1)(b), 'grantees'—

omit, insert—

'indigenous landholder'.
