972 Court fees if state-related party
(1) In a proceeding to which a
state-related person is a party, despite rules 968(5) , 969(3) (c) and 969A(7) , the state-related person may file a document without payment of a fee.
(2) In this rule—
"state-related person" means the Sovereign, the State, a person acting for the
State, an entity whose expenditure is payable, in whole or part, out of
amounts from the consolidated fund, or a person acting for the entity.
