Application for registration of judgment
947D Application for registration of judgment
(1) An application to the
court for registration of a judgment may be made without notice to any person
or on written notice given to the judgment debtor.
(2) The court may order
that the judgment creditor give written notice of the application to the
judgment debtor in the way the court considers appropriate.
