UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 945

945 Restriction on further applications

(1) This rule applies if—

(a) the court makes an order (the
"warrant order" ) refusing to issue, or setting aside, a warrant for the arrest of a defendant; or

(b) the court makes an order (the
"release order" ) that the defendant be released from custody under this part.

(2) Within 6 months of the warrant order or the defendant’s release under the release order, the plaintiff may apply for another warrant for the defendant’s arrest in relation to the same cause of action only if the plaintiff produces further evidence that was not and could not reasonably have been given when the order was made.
