892 Enforcement by or against a non-party
(1) If a non-money order is given
in favour of a person who is not a party to the proceeding in which the order
is made, the person may enforce the order as if the person were a party.
(2)
If a person who is not a party when a non-money order is made is liable to
comply with the order, the order may be enforced against the person as if the
person were a party.
(3) If a corporation that is not a party when a
non-money order is made is liable to comply with the order, an officer of the
corporation is liable to the same process of enforcement as if the corporation
were a party.
