Concurrent enforcement warrants—Magistrates Court
825 Concurrent enforcement warrants—Magistrates Court
(1) Enforcement
warrants issuable out of a Magistrates Court may be issued concurrently in 1
or more Magistrates Courts districts.
(2) However, the costs of more than 1
warrant are allowed against the enforcement debtor only by order of the court.
