UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 814

814 Orders at enforcement hearing

(1) At an enforcement hearing, the court may—

(a) order that an enforcement warrant be issued; or

(b) make another order about the enforcement of the order; or

(c) stay the enforcement of the order; or

(d) award costs.

(2) However, unless the court orders otherwise, the costs of the enforcement hearing are costs of enforcement of the order.
