795 Enforcement by or against a non-party
(1) If a money order is made in
favour of a person who is not a party to the proceeding in which the order is
made, the person may enforce the order as if the person were a party.
(2) If
a money order is made against a person who is not a party when the order is
made, the order may be enforced against the person as if the person were a
party.
(3) If a money order is made against a corporation who is not a party
when the order is made, an officer of the corporation is liable to the same
process of enforcement as if the corporation were a party.
