Inclusion, removal or substitution of party
750 Inclusion, removal or substitution of party
(1) The Court of Appeal may
order the inclusion or removal of a person (whether or not a party to the
original proceeding) as a party to an appeal and may order that a person
directly affected by the appeal be substituted as a party or included as a
party.
(2) However, a person who has not consented in writing may not be made
an appellant.
(3) If the Court of Appeal orders the inclusion of a person as
a party to an appeal, it may adjourn the hearing of the appeal and make an
order or give a direction it considers appropriate about the conduct of the
appeal.
