General provision about costs
682 General provision about costs
(1) The costs a court may award— (a) may
be awarded at any stage of a proceeding or after the proceeding ends; and
(b)
must be decided in accordance with this chapter.
(2) If the court awards the
costs of an application in a proceeding, the court may order that the costs
not be assessed until the proceeding ends.
