UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 657K

657K List of account assessors

(1) The principal registrar must keep and publish a current list of account assessors.

(2) The list must contain—

(a) the name, contact details and hourly rate or rates of each account assessor; and

(b) any change notified under rule 657J (3) .
