Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) If a plaintiff or applicant seeks relief to which another person is entitled jointly with the plaintiff or applicant, all persons entitled to the relief must be parties to the proceeding.
(2) A person entitled to seek relief who does not agree to be a plaintiff or applicant must be made a defendant or respondent.
