Definitions for pt 5586 Definitions for pt 5
In this part—
"respondent" means the person named as the respondent in—
(a) a writ of habeas corpus; or
(b) an application for a writ of habeas corpus.
"writ of habeas corpus" means a writ of habeas corpus ad subjiciendum.
