Non-appearance of parties at directions hearing
575 Non-appearance of parties at directions hearing
(1) If no applicant
appears before the court on a directions hearing, the court may— (a) dismiss
the review application; or
(b) make any other order it considers appropriate.
(2) If no respondent appears before the court on a directions hearing, the
court may give the directions the court considers appropriate.
