Damages to time of assessment
512 Damages to time of assessment
(1) This rule applies if damages,
including interest, may be assessed and— (a) continuing damages are likely
to happen; or
(b) there are— (i) repeated breaches of recurring
obligations; or
(ii) intermittent breaches of a continuing obligation.
(2)
The damages are assessed for the period to the time of assessment, including
damages for breaches occurring after the proceeding began.
