473 Third party proceeding
(1) A third party proceeding may be tried in the
same way as the proceeding between the plaintiff and the defendant.
(2)
However, if the court directs a third party proceeding be decided separately,
the court may, on an application by the defendant or third party, order the
third party proceeding to be tried by a jury.
