Court may extend period within which costs are to be paid or grant relief
350 Court may extend period within which costs are to be paid or grant relief
(1) A party may apply to the court for an order— (a) extending the time for
payment of ADR costs; or
(b) relieving the party from the effects of
noncompliance with any requirement about costs.
(2) The court may make any
order it considers appropriate.
