340 Case appraiser’s decision on costs in the dispute
(1) In a referred
dispute, a case appraiser has the same power to award costs in the dispute the
court that referred the dispute would have had if it had heard and decided the
dispute.
(2) A case appraiser’s decision under rule 339(1) must include a
decision on costs in the dispute.
