UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - SECT 34

This division applies to the following courts--

(a) Magistrates Courts;

(b) the District Court;

(c) if a person decides to start a proceeding in a district registry, and not a central registry, of the Supreme Court--the Supreme Court.
