Content of third party notice
193 Content of third party notice
(1) A third party notice must be in the
approved form.
(2) In a third party notice, a defendant must— (a) state
briefly the nature of the claim made or relief sought against the third party;
and
(b) attach a statement of claim to the notice, unless the court otherwise
orders.
