105 Personal service for originating process
(1) A person serving an originating process must serve it personally on the
person intended to be served.
(2) If a defendant files an unconditional
notice of intention to defend, the claim is taken to have been served on the
defendant on the day the notice is filed or, if a party proves the claim was
served on an earlier day, the earlier day.
