Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A guideline or permit about vehicle standards issued under the Traffic Regulation 1962 (the existing regulation) and in force immediately before the commencement of this section, is taken to be a guideline or permit issued under this regulation.
(2) The guideline or permit--
(a) is subject to a condition applying to it under the existing regulation; and
(b) for a permit--expires when it would have expired under the existing regulation, unless it is sooner cancelled or suspended under the Act.
