Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies to a person whose interests are affected by a decision of the issuing authority--
(a) to refuse an approval; or
(b) to issue an approval on a condition.
(2) The person may apply, under chapter 4 of the Act, for a review of the decision as if the decision were stated in schedule 3 of the Act.
(3) The person is entitled to receive a statement of reasons for the decision.
(4) The person may appeal against a reviewed decision to a Magistrates Court.
(5) Chapter 4 of the Act applies to a review and an appeal under the section.
