Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) If the issuing authority decides to refuse to grant the approval applied for, the issuing authority must give written notice to the applicant of the decision promptly after making the decision.
(2) The notice must state--
(a) the reasons for the refusal; and
(b) the person may ask for the decision to be reviewed under section 44.
