TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--VEHICLE STANDARDS AND SAFETY) REGULATION 1999 - SECT 35
35 Making, possessing or using false or misleading documents
A person must not, for a purpose under this regulation, make, possess or use a
document that contains information the person knows is false or misleading.
Maximum penalty--60 penalty units.
