Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) The following persons are exempt from the payment of the fees mentioned in schedule 1, items 1 to 5 that are otherwise payable under this regulation--
(a) the head of a consulate;
(b) a career officer of a consulate;
(c) the head of TECO in Brisbane;
(d) an officer of TECO in Brisbane;
(e) an immediate family member of a person mentioned in any of paragraphs (a) to (d).
(2) In this section--
immediate family member, of a person, means--
(a) the person's spouse; or
(b) a child or stepchild of the person, if the child or stepchild is--
(i) under 21 years; or
(ii) at least 21 years but under 25 years and in full-time study.
TECO means the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office under the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations 1998 (Cwlth).
