TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--DRIVER LICENSING) REGULATION 1999 - SECT 17
17 Duration of licences
The chief executive may--
(a) grant a class HC learner licence for a period
of up to 15 months; or
(b) grant or renew another Queensland driver licence
for a period of up to 10 years.
