TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--MASS, DIMENSIONS AND LOADING) REGULATION 2005 - SECT 49
49 Statutory condition on guidelines for oversize vehicles
(1) A guideline for a type of oversize vehicle is issued on the conditions
stated in schedule 8 for the guideline.
(2) A condition imposed under
subsection (1) applies despite any other provision of the guideline.
