Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies if a registered service provider receives from a learner payment of fees for Q-Ride training to be provided to the learner.
(2) The provider must issue the learner a verified receipt--
(a) on the same day as the first session of the program of Q-Ride training for the learner (the first session); and
(b) before the first session starts.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
