Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) If a learner is an eligible person to receive Q-Ride training for a class RE motorbike, a registered service provider must provide a learner approved motorbike, other than a moped, for providing the Q-Ride training to the learner.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
(2) If a learner is an eligible person to receive Q-Ride training for a class R motorbike, a registered service provider must provide a motorbike, other than a learner approved motorbike, for providing the Q-Ride training to the learner.
