Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) On appointing a person as an accredited person, the chief executive must give the person--
(a) an accreditation document; or
(b) an identity card.
(2) The accreditation document must--
(a) identify the person as an accredited person; and
(b) state the person's accreditation number; and
(c) state an expiry date.
(3) The identity card must--
(a) contain a recent photograph of the person; and
(b) identify the person as an accredited person; and
(c) state the person's accreditation number; and
(d) state an expiry date; and
(e) be signed by the accredited person.
