Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) Each declared section applies to the renewal of a registration in the same way it applies to the grant of the registration.
(2) Also, in applying the declared sections, the chief executive may refuse an application for renewal of a registration if the registration was issued--
(a) in error; or
(b) because of a document or representation that is--
(i) false or misleading; or
(ii) obtained or made in another improper way.
(3) In this section--
declared section means sections 71 to 75.
