TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2005 - SECT 44
44 Duration of accreditation
(1) An accreditation as a driver trainer is granted for 1 year.
(2) An
accreditation as a rider trainer is granted for the term of the applicant's
unexpired accreditation as a driver trainer.
