TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2005 - SECT 4

(1) A person may apply to the chief executive to be appointed as an accredited person.

(2) The application must be--

(a) made in the approved form; and

(b) supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and

(c) accompanied by the appropriate fee.
