TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2005 - SECT 38

An application for accreditation must be--

(a) made to the chief executive in the approved form; and

(b) supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and

(c) accompanied by the appropriate fee.
