TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2005 - SECT 29
29 Offence to perform traffic controller's function
A person who is not a traffic controller must not perform the function of a
traffic controller.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
