TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2005 - SECT 20
20 Offence to drive pilot vehicle
A person must not drive a pilot vehicle other than as required under a
guideline or permit under the Mass, Dimensions and Loading Regulation, part 6.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
