TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ACCREDITATION AND OTHER PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2005 - SECT 16
16 Only accredited person to be employed or engaged as traffic controller
A person must not employ, or otherwise engage, an individual to perform the
function of a traffic controller unless the individual is a traffic
controller.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
