TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) STANDARD 2000 - SECT 39

39 Bus fitted with seatbelts for every seated passenger

(1) Sections 12 and 21 as in force immediately before the commencement continue to apply in relation to a journey started but not finished before the commencement.

(2) In this section--

commencement means the commencement of this section.
